The recipe for our restaurant’s pizza dough has been fine-tuned in collaboration with world-renowned pizza master Alessandro Negrini. The secret to the golden brown and crispy crust of our pizzas lies in the high quality Antica flour, which has its roots in ancient Roman times. Don’t be afraid of the little black specks on the sides of the pizza – they add to the smoky flavour. Made from rustic Antica flour, the pizza dough contains wholemeal flour, has a lower yeast content than usual and is easy to digest. The carefully prepared pizza dough is topped with quality Italian mozzarella cheese and natural tomato sauce and a host of other delicious Italian flavours.
