Receiving Goods

You have three options for picking up your order:

1) SmartPost – Have your order delivered to an Itella SmartPost parcel locker of your choice (SmartPost cannot be used for meat and cheese products or fresh pasta, as these items require refrigerated storage).

2) Courier – You use our courier service to receive your order.

3) I’ll pick it up myself (Laki Logistics warehouse, Visase 5, Tallinn) – Coming from the city, turn left at the compressed gas station on your right (Visase St.). Drive to the end of the street, and on your left you’ll see a large warehouse building with 10–11 loading docks and large black doors marked “Laki Logistics.” Enter through those doors and proceed to the warehouse on your right, where you can inquire about your shipment. The warehouse is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Please note: Payment on site is not available! Orders must be placed through the Da Vinci Food online store, and the warehouse will prepare the items within 2 hours.
