No, you don't have to. You can shop in the online store as either a registered user or a guest.

There are three options for receiving your order: 1) Have your order delivered to an Itella SmartPost parcel locker by selecting the most convenient locker for you when placing your order. 2) Have your order delivered by courier. 3) Pick up your order yourself at the warehouse (the Laki Logistics warehouse is located at Visase 5, Tallinn, and is open on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

Once payment for your purchase has been made in the online store, the order is sent to us via the system, after which the items are picked and packed. If you selected “Pick up in store” as your delivery method, the items will be packed at the warehouse within 2 hours. If you selected courier or a package locker as your delivery method, the items will be delivered within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Yes, an informative invoice will be sent via email.
