Description
A 12-year-old terraced vineyard at an elevation of 598–655 meters above sea level, facing southwest. We dry the grape clusters on mats from September through early January; then we press them and immediately pour the juice into 50–100-liter oak and chestnut barrels, where it ferments and ages for at least 3 years.
