Millac Gold Cooking Blended Cream is ideal for curries, pasta sauces, and more. Its delicate flavor and only 15% fat content add richness to sauces without overpowering their taste.

Made from a mixture of skimmed milk and cream – high-quality milk from local farms – and sunflower oil.

Perfect for pasta dishes and cream-based sauces. It coats the pasta beautifully and gives it a lovely sheen, making it ideal for adding to dishes.

Does not break down at high temperatures or with acidic ingredients! Well suited for chefs who organize large banquet events.
