LURISIA Chinotto is made from chinotto fruit, which is protected under the Savona Slow Food Presidium and has been grown on the coast of Western Liguria, Italy, since the 1500s. This rare fruit gives the drink a unique, intense, and distinctive aroma, as well as a deep amber hue, with notes of citrus, herbs, spices, and bitter caramel intertwined throughout.
