Fresh Strozzapreti pasta is a traditional Italian pasta variety made from durum wheat flour and water. Its unique twisted shape pairs perfectly with a variety of sauces, allowing them to cling well to the pasta and bringing out the flavor of every dish. Strozzapreti is an ideal choice for both tomato-based and cream-based sauces and pairs wonderfully with dishes made with vegetables or meat.
Preparation: Cooking time is about 8 minutes.
