Description

This aged Cheddar cheese, coated in green wax, combines a deep, salty flavor with rounded aromas derived from roasted garlic and herbs. The cheese has a smooth, creamy texture with an aromatic herbal and garlic scent. It has a pale creamy-yellow color, and the herbs and garlic are evenly distributed throughout the product.
