Agromonte rediscovers and refines an ancient Sicilian tradition in which simple, natural accompaniments for prized pasta dishes were prepared using a marble bowl and a pestle.
Traditional Italian pesto is perfect for seasoning various types of pasta. It's also great for seasoning gnocchi and minestrone soup, and it goes well on pizza, too.
