Description

Mazza red pesto is a Mediterranean sauce with a rich and deep flavor, made with 45% sun-dried tomatoes, with extra virgin olive oil, basil, chopped tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, sunflower oil, and a touch of vinegar adding additional nuance. The result is an aromatic and full-bodied pesto that is perfect for tossing with pasta, spreading on bruschetta or crostini, as a marinade for meat and fish, or as a dip for salads or vegetables. It can also be used to season soups and stews, adding the zest and depth of Mediterranean cuisine to any dish.

Italian tomato pulp, sunflower oil, sun-dried tomatoes (9%), Italian basil (6%), cashews, Pecorino Romano cheese (sheep's milk, salt, rennet), garlic, salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.
