Ventricina is a traditional delicacy from central Italy, specifically the Abruzzo region. It is made from high-quality pork mixed with lard (50–60% of the finished product), as well as spices, flavorings, salt, and dextrose.
The result is a sausage with a rich flavor and aroma that’s perfect both as a sandwich topping and as a pizza topping, adding an authentic Italian touch to every dish.
