Description
Carpineto extra virgin olive oil from the 2024/2025 harvest bears the IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) label. The traditionally grown olives come from Tuscan varieties cultivated in olive groves on ancient hillsides, from which the extra virgin olive oil is cold-pressed.
It has an intense green color and an aromatic bouquet reminiscent of freshly cut grass. The flavor is full-bodied, spicy, with a long and persistent aftertaste.
