Our tuna fillets and slices are made exclusively from the tender flesh of tuna caught in the open ocean. In keeping with time-honored traditions, everything—from cleaning and cutting the fish to packaging and processing—is done by hand. The product bears the “DOLPHIN SAFE” label, meaning that the tuna is sourced in a way that prevents the accidental capture of dolphins.
