A matured Vintage Red Leicester covered in a brown rind. A smooth, creamy cheese with a slightly sweet flavor and caramel notes, a mild sharpness, and a moderately salty aftertaste.
In addition, the cheeses are coated with wax, which allows them to mature without losing their flavor.
