Description
Soft “00” wheat flour for making fresh pasta. Ideal for traditional fresh pasta, stuffed pasta, and extruded pasta. Suitable for use whether you’re making pasta dough by hand, with a mixer, or using a pasta machine. The mixing time is very short. Pasta d’Oro® flour gives the pasta a natural yellow hue that lasts for days without turning gray. The dough retains a coarse texture, which prevents sauce from sliding off, and the pasta holds up well to cooking and even reheating. The flour blends exceptionally well with semolina.
